Esoteric Meditations

 

Join us in Montreal for an uplifting spiritual charge of Esoteric Meditations! These practices will take place on Mondays from 7pm to 8pm at the Atwater Library on the following days:

  • November 14
  • - No practice at the library on the 21st of November - a peaceful Awareness walk at Westmount Park!
  • November 28
  • December 5
  • December 12
  • December 19

 

 A chance for both experienced practitioners and beginners to tap into a deeper inner spiritual experience with a group of similar minded people, sharing an interest in spirituality. These sessions are strongly practice oriented with about 15 minutes for concise explanations and questions, while the rest of the time is given for practice.
